the room had all necessary amenities. i found the staff very accommodating and helpful. its location proved convenient as it sat close to key attractions. the breakfast included a sufficient selection.
The walls are a bit thin. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

convenient location friendly staff
i appreciated the convenient location near the winter gardens. the self-serve continental breakfast available anytime was a plus, providing flexibility and convenience. the staff was very friendly.

helpful receptionist fresh towel value money huge window lumpy mattress noisy floor
the receptionist was very friendly. she was helpful when i needed fresh towels. she asked if i needed anything else. i have stayed at the hotel before because it offers value for money (i appreciate that).
the window was huge. the white vertical blinds did not block out light. the mattress was lumpy, and it creaked every time i moved (it definitely needs replacing).
